After being told by several reputable carpet companies that the carpet in my office can’t be stretched and repaired, Jim and his crew were able to repair and stretch the carpet to get rid of bumps and lumps that were a trip hazard. Jim is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t be happier
